I want to share with you something that has really helped me in both my mindset and prosperity. It might be something you already do, or have done in the past, or maybe this is the first time you have heard of it. It is practicing gratitude and being thankful for all we have, not all we don’t have.
I think all of us can admit we have talked about what we don’t have and focused on what we want rather than showing gratitude for what we have. I will be totally honest – this was me last year. I had fallen out of the habit of practicing gratitude daily and into the rabbit hole of becoming focused on all the things I didn’t want. The thing is, both ourselves and the universe are listening and are sending our way exactly what we are asking for. I could talk all day about this so next week I will dedicate my email to just this… back to gratitude for now.
By practicing gratitude – simply noting down in a journal all the things you are grateful for in your day – you get so much in return. Completing your gratitude journal does not need to take up hours – unless you love it of course. I spend just 5-10 minutes daily writing bullet points on things I am grateful for. If you prefer, you can do paragraphs and get really creative.
